In 2016, Kaylea graduated from the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law, with a Corporate and Commercial Law Certificate. While in law school, Kaylea was an active member of the peer-mentor program and the Vice President of the National Women’s Legal Society Organization. Kaylea began her career at The Bret Beattie Law Firm, LLC where she worked on cases in both business and civil litigation. Kaylea assisted on dozens of cases involving premise liability, motor vehicle accidents, bad faith insurance claims, wrongful death, and civil theft claims. Kaylea assisted with every step of the litigation process from intake through negotiation and ultimately litigation. In 2016, Kaylea’s passion for civil litigation led her to take a position at Bachus and Schanker, LLC. Kaylea managed a large volume case load comprised of premise liability, motor vehicle accident and product liability claims. To date, Kaylea has negotiated over 100 successful settlements. Kaylea joined Larson & Larimer, P.C. in 2018. She now practices in the areas of personal injury law and bad faith insurance law, and has worked on a variety of cases ranging from soft tissue injuries to complex personal injury cases involving multiple surgeries.
