Breach of Contract: You may have a situation where you have entered into an agreement/contract with another person and/or entity and either you believe they have breached all or part of the agreement/contract or will be breaching it ( anticipatory breach ). In such a circumstance you may have a claim/cause of action against the breaching party. In such a circumstance it is important to contact an attorney as soon as possible. Remember the best thing you can do to protect yourself is to make sure everything and I mean everything is in writing and is documented. Also keep copies of everything.
As a general rule there is six(6) year statute of limitations in Colorado.
That means, if you were to file a lawsuit you would need to do so within 6
years from the date of the lawsuit or forever be barred from bringing it.
